Placing Orders
The basic process of ordering is as follows:
1. You place an order through this website
2. We will send you a confirmation message thru text. (*We need your reply for your order)
3. When we received your text, we will give your total bill as well as our details how to pay.
4. You send the payment. (*Remember to text us the details of your payment)
5. We ship your order upon confirmation of your payment.
Accuracy of the Stock Status Indicated in Our Website
- Our catalog and all of our indications are usually updated twice every business day. In the case that an item is sold out in between the updates, it will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis.

Total Amount of an Order
The total amount of an order is the sum of:
1. Merchandise Price
2. Shipping and Handling Fee
Transaction Currency
Philippine Peso (PHP) ONLY.
You can pay us in Philippine Peso through PayPal just by selecting it in the payment screen.
PayPal will do the currency exchange and will later charge you in your currency.
Shipping Method
We currently have two basic shipping options available: XEND and JRS Express.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are generally not accepted.
Once an order is placed, you are responsible for any paying for it in a timely manner.
Please carefully review this FAQ before ordering.
Depending on frequency, order amount, and reasons of cancellation, there is a possibility we might stop taking orders from customers who repeatedly ask for cancellation in order to allow genuine customers better access to stock.

Problems
When your order item itself arrived with a missing or broken part…
Please take a close photo(s) of the defective part(s) and send it to us within 7 days from its delivery along with a detailed explanation. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution. Please note that it may take us a few days to respond to your claim as we will need to consult with management.
